The iPhone SE 2020 is an entry-level iPhone, but a great phone nonetheless. It features a larger 5.8-inch display, a USB-C port, and a Lightning connector, so you can charge it wirelessly. The SE 2020 is also packed with a Snapdragon 845 processor, a 12MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and a 3,280mAh battery.
As a matter of fact, the SE 2020 doesn’t have the most powerful processor out there in the iPhone lineup. But, at least it’s a great phone. You’ll be able to get iOS and all the other software updates for it through that carrier. That’s important because Apple’s iOS software is one of the main reasons why the SE 2020 will be the only SE to ever run iOS.
We use iPhone SE 2020 everyday. I know because I’ve got one. But, the SE 2020 is only available through SE.com. We have no plans to sell the SE 2020 anywhere else. And, we’re not interested in doing anything that might harm Apple.
We do not even own a SE 2020. We are not even aware of any plans to sell it on any other website.
So, at this point, even if SE updates the SE 2020 by itself, we would still have to buy a SE 2020. Apple does not ship its iOS software using its own carrier, nor does any other carrier. So, if you want to buy a SE 2020, it’s best to go directly to the Apple site.
And even then, we wouldn’t be able to get it unlocked. SE has a locked bootloader and can only unlock the iOS version of its software if it runs on an Apple device. So, even if it were somehow possible, we wouldn’t be able to purchase a SE 2020 on Apple’s site.
If you want to get a SE 2020 unlocked, Apple does not provide the unlock code for the SE 2020, but that should change soon. Even if SE does provide the unlock code, it might not work anymore, so we wouldnt necessarily be able to get a SE 2020 unlocked.
But we did get some new SE 2020 unlocked ones we can post here.
These devices are a bit odd in that they seem to have the SE 2020 software pre-installed. So you would need to go into the app store and download the SE 2020, then install it on your SE 2020. And then you would have to then go into the app store and download the SE 2020 again.
It will be interesting to see how well Apple does with this one. I think the SE 2020 update should be a pretty big deal for SE, and maybe other carriers could adopt this. Of course, we dont have a date for the SE 2020 update, which we assume will be a couple of months away.
